The Miami Short Film Festival, like all other events in Miami has had to re-invent and re-imagine their annual event and so have gone virtual. Organizers are screening films every Friday on their website calling it Shorts on the Small Screen. Watch on your phone, tablet or laptop.

With the goal of bringing 1-20 minute short films to the screen, Miami Short Film Festival each year highlights independent up-and-coming filmmakers. Watch the magic that directors, screenwriters, actors and producers can create in a short blip of time.
The short film genre is extensive, evident in the variety of those that won awards at last year’s festival. Crowned were Best Foreign Short Film, Experimental Short Film, Animated Short Film, Documentary Short Film, Narrative Short Film, Musical Short Film, Music Video, South Florida Production.
