Miami restaurants open Thanksgiving Day

Boston Market Heat & Serve Thanksgiving Meals

“Eat, drink and be thankful.” That’s the way one national chain restaurant is promoting its Thanksgiving Day feast. If you plan to indulge in the merriment, and be thankful you don’t have to prepare your own meal, here’s a list of chain restaurants planning to be open on November 23, 2017.

At some you can dine in, others also offer meals to go. And you’ll not only walked away stuffed, but your wallet won’t be that much lighter, with meals often costing only $10 to $15 per person and none over $39 per person. A few caveats: Make reservations where accepted ahead of time, prices, hours and participation may vary, and beverages are extra at most venues.

Babylon Turkish Restaurant in Miami Beach offers a traditional meal, four-course fix menu at $39 per guest. Their regular menu will also be available.

Bellmont Spanish Restaurant in Coral Gables offers a traditional meal with turkey, sweet potatoes, marshmallows, and a delicious home-made pumpkin pie at $39 p/guest ($23 p/kid.) Three-course meals from their regular menu also available starting at $39 per guest.

Balan’s is offering a special 3-course Thanksgiving meal of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and green beans for $32.95, with pumpkin soup for $6.95 and pecan pie for $8.95. Four locations: Brickell, Dadeland, Lincoln Road and MiMo.

Bice Bistro in Coconut Grove offers a three-course Thanksgiving menu at $18.95.

Bricktop’s in Coral Gables offers a holiday feast of turkey, cornbread stuffing, whipped potatoes, deviled eggs and more for $28. They’ll also offer several appetizers and entrees from their regular menu. Click here for more information.

Boston Market offers several ways to purchase a holiday meal this season. Stop in on Thanksgiving Day for the Thanksgiving Day Meal, featuring turkey breast, two sides, cornbread and a slice of apple or pumpkin pie for $12.99. For those planning a feast, consider the Heat & Serve option for 12 at $119.99 ($10 per person). It’s a complete meal with a whole roasted turkey, several sides, rolls and two whole pies. If you just need an item a la carte, you can get that, too.
Chef Rolf’s Tuna’s Seafood Restaurant serves traditional turkey dinner. Soup and salad, turkey with all the trimmings and of course pumpkin pie or their famous hot apple strudel all for just $24.95 and children under 12 just $14.95. Located in North Miami Beach.

Cracker Barrel starts serving its Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Turkey Day for $12.99 ($7.99 for children). The meal includes turkey breast, dressing, turkey gravy, sugar-cured ham, vegetables of choice, sweet potato casserole, cranberry relish, biscuits or corn muffins, a slice of pumpkin pecan streusel pie with whipped cream, and beverage.

Denny’s patrons can order the Turkey & Dressing Dinner, featuring slices of turkey breast, stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce, two sides and bread. Check your local restaurant for times and pricing.

Devon Seafood and Steak in Kendall is offering a 3-course Prix-Fixe Menu from 11am-7pm, featuring Thanksgiving favorites like Roasted Turkey, cornbread & sausage stuffing, and more. Adults $38, Children 12 and under $19. The regular menu will also be available.

Golden Corral offers an endless bounty in its Thanksgiving buffet. Carved turkey or ham, sliced turkey, fried chicken, roast beef, meatloaf, and even steak and shrimp are featured, as well as more than a dozen side dishes – stuffing, potatoes, casseroles and corn on the cob. It’s the “Endless Buffet,” so you can plan to go back for seconds or thirds. Call your nearest restaurant for holiday hours.

John Martin’s Irish Pub & Restaurant in Coral Gables will be open from noon to 8 pm and offers a 3-course menu with options such as Irish potato soup, roast turkey, ham, stuffing, sweet potato and more. Cost is $35 for adults and $15.50 for children. Click here for more information.

Novecento offers a four-course menu including a glass of wine at $39. Menu: soup, salad, turkey and dessert. Located in Aventura, Brickell and Midtown.

PIzza & Burger by Michael Mina offers a unique take on Thanksgiving wit h The Bounty burger, a house-made turkey burger packed with abundant Thanksgiving day flavors like cranberry mostarda and truffled turkey gravy. Offered starting Thanksgiving day through Sunday, November 27 and priced at $22. Located in the Fountainebleau hotel on Miami Beach.

Season’s 52 in Coral Gables offers roasted turkey with savory gravy, mashed butternut squash, herb stuffing and more for $26.90. Tony Roma’s offers a home-cooked Thanksgiving meal consisting of roasted turkey served with cornbread stuffing, red skin mashed potatoes, gravy, seared green beans, cranberry orange sauce. Adults $29 and includes soup or salad plus seasonal cobbler. Kids $16 and includes ice cream sundae. Located in Doral and Sunny Isles Beach.

Another excellent resource is OpenTable, which lists many restaurants open on Thanksgiving specific to your city. Many of these are higher-priced establishments and reservations are required.
