GableStage at the Biltmore presents a free play reading of “Ascended” by Chaz Mena and developed by Hannah Ryan.
The play deals with Carlos, an 80-year-old that lies dying in a hospice room in South Florida and the story of how to keep order, grace and dignity intact in a chaotic setting where past issues, tying loose ends and present conflicts all collide.
It stars Danny Capote, Teo Castellanos, Karen Eileen Gordon and Sonya Smith.
