Baptist Health South Florida is offering free Virtual Community Health Classes on a wide range of wellness subjects through the Zoom video conferencing site. There are classes for adults, children, English- and Spanish-speakers.
Topics have included: Meditation and Tips for Emotional Well-Being; Healthy Body, Healthy Mind for Kids; and Eating Smart for a Healthy Heart.
