Free Homestead main street fiesta

Celebrating the Mexican population of Homestead and their heritage, Homestead Main Street, Inc. is hosting a Main Street Fiesta on Sept. 14 from 4-9 p.m. at Losner Park. The event is free.

Festivities will include:

• Performances by Ballet Folklorico of Miami and Paramount Dance Academy
• Music by the Homestead-Miami Mariachi Conservatory, DJ Sonido Juventud de Corazon
• Hands-on unique crafts creations with Ballet Folklorico of Miami and Rotaract
• Vendors and international food trucks
