Free Black History Month celebration at North Miami Library

Black History Month is in full swing and the City of North Miami Public Library is joining in on the celebration hosting a family festival to showcase the power of libraries to transform their communities. The free event is Feb. 9 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
