Bayfront Park is transformed into a holiday village from Nov. 29-Dec. 25 with “The Shops” a collection of artisans in a retail setting, Bayskate which is Miami’s answer to cold-weather ice skating and “Bayfront Bites” a food, beverage and entertainment area on the waterfront. Hours are 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Here’s what you’ll find at the Village:
- An animated 50-foot Christmas tree with hourly animated light shows
- The North Pole Beach Club with festive cocktails including Mistletoe Martinis, Glacier Iced Tea, Spiked Eggnog and Peppermint Mojitos
- The Santa Paws Dog Park
- Gnaughty Gnome Scavenger Hunt to find the eight missing gnomes with the help of some scrambled clues to win a special prize
- Santa’s Photo Studio for snapping a pick with the man himself
- North Pole Express Post Office where you can drop off your letter to Santa
