FLoatarama boat parade & other Pride events in Fort Lauderdale

Dozens of watercraft are participating in FLoatarama, a floating Pride parade on New River & Intracoastal Waterway in Fort Lauderdale.

The event is free for spectators.

FLoatarama is noon June 12 on the New River from Stranahan House, east to Intracoastal Waterway, north on the Intracoastal Waterway to about Sunrise Boulevard.

Recommended watch areas include parks along the route include

• Smoker Park, 501 S. New River Drive East, Fort Lauderdale
• Colee Hammock Park, 1500 Brickell Drive, Fort Lauderdale
