For the winter holidays, South Florida lights up with dazzling holiday parades. Pick your favorites. It’s ideal as a holiday tradition with family and friends. Some events feature  toy drives if you’d like to drop off  an unwrapped present.

Palm Beach Holiday Boat Parade

The parade 6 p.m. December 4, led by a Zambelli traveling fireworks display, navigates up the Intracoastal Waterway from North Palm Beach to Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse. The event includes a toy drive. website

Floats, dancers & Santa are featured in Yuletide Parade 6:30 p.m. December 2 in Pompano. The parade is on Atlantic Boulevard from Riverside Drive to Southeast 24th Avenue. A watch area is at Harbor Drive & Atlantic Boulevard

Pompano Beach Holiday Boat Parade

Parade is 7 p.m. December 10, with dozens of bedazzled boats lighting up Intracoastal Waterway. Route is from Lake Santa Barbara north to Sullivan Park in Deerfield, read feature or online

Winterfest Boat Parade

Iconic Winterfest event 6 p.m. December 11 features elaborately decorated watercraft in a parade on New River & Intercoastal Waterway in Fort Lauderdale.  Tickets are sold for designated watch area, or watch the event watch it on TV or livestreamed  online

Holiday Parade
