- light shows at 6:30 p.m. & each half hour until 9:30 p.m., on the south side of Las Olas Boulevard, west of Eighth Avenue, across from American Social
- deals & promotions from stores & restaurants
- Santa sightings
- occasional live entertainment
- Elf hunt with prizes, clues are featured on a display in Riverside Hotel, 620 E. Las Olas Blvd., Fort Lauderdale 33301
- window decorating contest
