Here’s something fun the kids can do for Mom (or for an aunt or Grandma), courtesy of the Miami Children’s Museum and its “Museum At Home” program.

Heart With Wings with Romero Britto | How-To

The museum partnered with Miami’s own Romero Britto for a special activity to give your little artists some professional instruction. In the how-to video, Britto is seen showing kids how to create their own version of his iconic “Heart with Wings” and then turn it into a puzzle. Click here to watch the how-to video.

The artist, known for his bold and colorful patterns, was born in Brazil but has become a Miami name – so much so that he has a star on Miami’s Walk of Fame and was named a Cultural Ambassador for the city. He’s also a longtime supporter of Miami Children’s Museum.

The “Museum At Home” program also offers other children’s activities, including cooking classes, story times and singalongs. Click here to see all the options.
