The 34th Annual Miami Sportfish Tournament is May 4-6 at the Miami Beach Marina (300 Alton Rd., Miami Beach, FL 33139). Miami Sportfish, ranked as the No. 2 Fishing Tournament in the United States, is an elite fishing tournament catered to the ultimate angler in both inshore and offshore divisions with major cash prizes in several different funfish categories. Some of the species involved include billfish, dolphin, tuna, wahoo, cobia, and mutton snapper.
Social amenities of entering the tournament include Captain’s Kickoff Party, Dock-side Baywalk Festival and Dock Party, Weigh- In Celebration and Awards Party. Miami Sportfish has donated $750,000 to Marine Conservation and Educational organizations over the last 34 years.
