It doesn’t get more Miami than this: Pollo Tropical and the Miami Heat have teamed up for a first-ever menu collaboration.

The new “HEAT Lineup at Pollo Tropical” is available in restaurants statewide – online for curbside, in-store pickup and delivery through the new MyPollo App for a limited time. Take advantage of this perfect blend of South Florida flavors and basketball fanhood.

The menu items will feature the new Spicy Heat sauce, which will also be available a la carte. These include:

Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich: The latest addition to the brand’s successful Cuban Pressed Sandwich lineup, this sandwich is made with hand-breaded, crispy chicken served on a Cuban roll with Swiss cheese, potato sticks, mayo and the signature Spicy HEAT Sauce.
Spicy Toston Sandwich: Take the same crispy chicken and add Swiss cheese and Signature Spicy HEAT sauce, layered between two tostones.

“As the official Pollo of the Miami HEAT, we’re thrilled to spice up our menu with the HEAT lineup and bring new, bold flavors to our guests,” said Hope Diaz, chief marketing officer of Fiesta Restaurant Group, which is Pollo Tropical’s parent company. “We knew teaming up with the Miami HEAT to launch these spicy sandwiches would be the perfect way to get fans of both brands excited.”

For the Miami Heat’s part, its vice president of corporate partnerships, Glen Oskin, said: “I can’t tell you how excited the Miami HEAT are to be on the menu at Pollo Tropical. Since 1988, the HEAT and Pollo have been synonymous with South Florida. Now, we get to provide a little HEAT to the menu.”
