Want free hand sanitizer, mask? Prize pack is up for grabs

As part of its “MASKS ON, MIAMI” campaign, the Miami Downtown Development Authority is offering residents a chance to win a prize pack that includes face coverings, hand sanitizer and more!

The campaign is aimed at encouraging residents to follow Centers for Disease Control guidelines as well as city and county mandates.

How do you win?

Well, for starters, you must have an Instagram account. Follow the DDA (@DowntownMIA) on Instagram and, when you see a ‘Why Do YOU Wear A Mask’ post, you:

Tag a friend asking them to share their “reason why.”

If your reason is selected, it will be featured on the Miami DDA Instagram page. Winners will be notified before the posting, and will receive their prize pack by the end of that month.

The prize pack includes a clear bag with the following goodies:

Multicolored face masks
Hand sanitizer
Miami DDA-branded towel and sunglasses

Free masks

All 50 branches in the Miami-Dade County Public Library System are distributing free masks to anyone in need, while supplies last. The initiative is an effort to ensure that Miami-Dade residents are complying with the current county order. Click here for more details.
