Skulls aren’t just prevalent during Halloween, continue the fun even after Halloween by celebrating the Mexican Day of the Dead at a free celebration at the Arsht Center Saturday, Nov. 2 at 4-7 p.m.
The family-friendly event will include an afternoon of creating a traditional ofrenda, calavera face painting, marigold making, a Coco-inspired costume contest plus, performances by local DJs, mariachis and conjuntos throughout the afternoon to celebrate and honor the spirits of the dead.
Even though the event is free RSVP is required.
