In the throes of summer, the mango trees are brimming with the ripe juicy fruit. Drive down virtually any street around the city and you’ll see the trees filled with the sticky sweet red danglers. In honor of mango season, the City of North Miami is hosting its First Annual Community Mango Festival July 20 from noon to 7 p.m. at Oak Grove Park. Admission is free.
