Every third Thursday of the month, the city hosts its “Culture Crawl.”
The event, from 6-10 p.m., aims to get residents and visitors alike exploring and becoming re-acquainted with Miami Beach and its plethora of cultural offerings. Several of the nation’s most prestigious institutions, cultural centers and arts organizations offer complimentary admission as part of the event — opening their doors for a lively night of special programming, open studios and galleries, outdoor films, live music, exclusive tours, night gardens and more.
Events take place on South Beach, as well as Mid and North Beach locations.

Free trolley service, with opera singers and professional tour guides aboard, transport and entertain attendees to and from each of the destinations throughout the evening.

Miami Beach Urban Studios – FIU in collaboration with curator Yi Chin Hsieh present a video titled Galaxy Viewby artist Juan Requena. The video was shot in the first-person perspective, collecting sunset scenes for years at a beach in Mumbai, India. This project is a part of Miami Beach Open House.

Miami Light Project, in collaboration with The Rhythm Foundation, presents ScreenDance Miami Festival 2021, highlighting choreographers and directors who are working with emerging and new concepts in movement and dance on film and dance on camera. Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden has reimagined the landscape of Lincoln Road as a botanic garden, providing public, smartphone-accessible interpretation of the plants. Take a virtual tourof Will Eisner: Comic Illustrator and Innovator. Eisner, one of the earliest comic book artists, was the creator of the comic book The Spirit and the father of the graphic novel.
