Curious to know who might be playing during halftime of a future Miami Heat game at the American Airlines Arena? Then get to the Arena’s Xfinity Plaza Jan. 27 at 2 p.m. for Battle of the Bands. The event is free but RSVP is required to attend.
Watch as the six finalist bands take the stage in a quest to win the battle and perform on center court during halftime of a Miami Heat home game. The other five finalists will also perform at some point during Heat season but on the East Plaza as part of the “JBL Battle of the Bands Series.”
Performing Jan. 27 will be:
- Problem Kids, a Caribbean hip hop band
- REMYZ a fusion of pop, R&B, funk and rock
- La Cuarta, a pop rock band
- The Swayzees, vintage rock and soul
- Fatkingbulla, a rock band
- Face2Face playing a fusion of rock, Latin reggaeton, Motown dance and R&B
