Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in North Miami is celebrating their annual North Miami Greek Food & Wine Festival Nov. 1-3. Admission to the event is free.
Along with a menu of authentic ancient Greek recipes, there will also be live Greek music as well as bounce houses, an an arts and crafts station for the kids.
Several dance groups perform traditional Greek dances throughout the day and participants can also have fun playing Greek games and take tours of the church.
Food for sale will include:
- Grilled octopus
- Dolmades (grape leaves)
- Greek salad
- A variety of pita sandwiches
- Fried cheese
