The Miami Beach Botanical Garden is offering a free art camp for children ages 4 to 13 every Wednesday at the garden, rain or shine, through Aug. 14. The theme is “Magic Garden – Wave Your Creative Wand.”
The event takes place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Artist and Designer Winsome Bolt will guide the students to build a series of international landmarks using both natural and man-made materials. Each child will contribute to the concept of creating a new perspective of existing monuments. Art supplies are included.
Children must be accompanied by an adult for the entirety of the class.
Art Camp will be in the Banyan Ballroom and adjacent covered patio.
